for kids. The Kids Ski School, officially
recognized by SAJ, is one of the pioneer,

Famous ZAO Spa Resort! (Sorry, Japanese only)
It takes about 20m drive from ALM. The Zao
hot spring is nationally famous, and has long
history. According to an old legend, the
hot spring was dicovered almost 18,00 years
ago. Zao Spa ski area has a lot of various
slopes where you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding
and etc. Zao is one of the largest skiing
area in Japan.

HOW TO ENJOY YAMADERA |
A poet Basho Matuso composed famous Haiku poems at Yamadara temple, which is officially called Hojusan Rishakuji, in Edo era. Rishakuji was built as a temple of the Tendai sect of Buddhism in A.D. 860. They also
have Basho memorial hall, Goto art museum etc. Mrs. owner and her friends
hold an exhibition of ceramic art at Fuga-no-Kuni.
